MS101.me app for iPhone and iPad

MS101.me is an innovative mobile health program designed to help people with multiple sclerosis track their symptoms, medications, stress factors, and self care activities. This information is designed to be shared with clinicians through easy to read charts and graphs. MS101.me also integrates the use of commercially available fitness trackers like Fitibit into the program. MS101.me is offered free of charge by the non-profit patient support organization -- LEAP Medicine Foundation and requires establishing an online account prior to usage.
